Interpire Shopping Cart was recently released, which is their updated version of StoreSuite. After taking a look at the features included with Shopping Cart, this is one shopping cart system that will impress anyone looking for an easy way to build an attractive online store with built-in email marketing capability.

Features included in Shopping Cart are:

Interspire Shopping Cart 3.0 Templates

Interspire SendStudio NX and Knowledge Manager 4.0 Included

Shopping Cart includes the ability to integrate with SendStudio NX and Knowledge Manager 4.0.  SendStudio gives store owners the ability to create full-featured email marketing campaigns, develop subscriber lists for campaigns, create and manage newsletters, send special offers and coupon codes via email, and much more.  SendStudio does not put a limit on the number of emails you can send, and there are no monthly charges based on the quantity of emails you send. This feature alone can save savvy email marketers a ton of money by eliminating the monthly fees from online providers like Constant Contact or VerticalResponse.

Knowledge Manager 4.0 (formerly known as ActiveKB) allows store owners to incorporate extensive knowledge base sections into their online stores, and help reduce the number of emails and phone calls received from customers.  By posting product information in the knowledge base articles, customers can find information on store products at their leisure.  This allows for preselling the customer and increases conversions of store visitors.

Put your Business Online with Interspire Shopping Cart

Interspire did their homework when developing their new shopping cart software. They included the perfect set of features to make setting up an online shop as painless as possible. They put so many user-friendly features into this e-commerce solution that it’s difficult to list them all.  It’s easier to just direct you to the Interspire website and have you see for yourself why Shopping Cart is hands down the best way to put your business online.  Interspire offers an online demo and a generous 60 day money back guarantee, so if you find the shopping cart doesn’t fit your needs, you haven’t cost yourself a dime.

It’s a very interesting offering. I have some concerns about the price points, but we’ll see.

The price could be an issue for some people, but I still feel it gives a lot of bang for the buck. I would think most people would fall into the Professional edition, which allows 500 products, and the cost is $995. BUT, if you take that cost and spread it out over a period of 3-5 years, you’re only talked about $17-25 a month, which is very reasonable for the amount of utility included. I still feel the inclusion of SendStudio ($279 for free) and Knowledge Manager ($195 for free) makes Shopping Cart an excellent all-in-one solution (as long as buyers take advantage of the software).

    Thanks for your comment

    Hey Guys,

I have spent the last 3 days checking out shopping carts- everthing from oscommerce to hosted and unhosted pay packages.

While, the price point is a tad high- I think
that interspire’s solution is one of the very best.
Why- ease of use, ability to customize. plus it is relatively easy to integrate with blogs etc.
SEO tools are built in and some nice stat features- all-in all. top notch.

Hey, let’s here it for the Aussies!

I fully agree with you Kathy. I did a lot of homework when researching shopping carts, and the thing that really amazed me was the attention to detail Interspire put into their shopping cart. They recently updated to Shopping Cart 3.1 and there’s a whole list of additional features that were added.

    Thanks for your input!

I have looked extensively and found that SendStudio and Knowledge Manager ARE NOT included, they have to be purchased separately. Once you have bought, paid for and installed them on your server, then you can enable the integration from the admin panel. Disappointing that they don’t include it in the Cart Price. But the Cart is still the best thing I have found and will probably end up buying it.
